This is the very first mathtools checkin. The most important component of the initial version are tested versions of the gamma and log gamma functions. Other components include:
- function that trivially derive from gamma,
- some files to denote the initial structure of the library (e.g. work in progress on stats and optimization module),
- methods for compatibility with matlab,
- notational shortcuts,
- simple IO of matrix and vector types to text format,
- a small project for benchmark experiments,
- a project that will implement all regression tests for the FSharp.MathTools library.
